Motor oil seal protection structure design

Original motor oil seal protection structure, can block the external pollution source into the motor to protect oil seal.

on the other hand, the grease will always be stored in the oil storage room without loss, oil seal can always be in an effective sealing state in the life cycle of the motor,

which will improve the reliability of the product.

Ring brush structure

For the bearing to occur electrical corrosion effect, the original ring brush assembly structure can formate the current short circuit phenomenon

between the rotor (i.e. motor rotor shaft) and stator (i.e. motor front cover) directly, that makes the equipotential between the inner ring and the outer ring

of motor bearings, and prevent the axial current effectively to avoid the phenomenon of electrical corrosion to the bearing,

which will reduce the maintenance cost of the bearings in the later stage.
